Customer Support Intern

Xometry is seeking a Customer Support Intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. As a key player in our customer support team, you will provide operational assistance and collaborate across departments to enhance the customer experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

In this position, you will assist customers via email, chat, and phone, addressing product, order, and account-related inquiries to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. You will document customer interactions, update internal systems, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to identify recurring issues and implement process improvements.

The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 and a minimum GPA of 3.5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the internship period from June 8 to August 14, 2026, are essential. Candidates must provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States and be able to commute to our Lexington, KY, or North Bethesda, MD, office to work onsite at least three days a week.

This is a temporary, full-time internship position offering an estimated base pay rate of $20.00 per hour, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
