As a Customer Success Manager at SOCi, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary account owner, driving account enablement, adoption, expansion, and end-user engagement. This role is integral to SOCi's rapid growth in enterprise social media management, directly impacting our success in the market.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying and mitigating churn risks across your customer portfolio to ensure company gross retention rates are achieved. You will maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for our most valued customers by employing proven strategies that drive product adoption and expansion. Additionally, you will lead internal and external initiatives through cross-functional partnerships with sales, onboarding, support, product management, finance, operations, and other teams to directly impact overall customer success and drive customer growth.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of exceeding sales and customer success goals. You must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively. A strong blend of technical and sales acumen, coupled with a customer-centric mentality, is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with the ability to interact with and influence C-level executives. Experience in SaaS, social media management, and enterprise software is highly desirable.
