Customer Success Manager, SMB
As a Customer Success Manager at Similarweb, you will be the primary point of contact for our small to medium-sized business clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our Market Intelligence solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives and aligning our platform's capabilities to meet their needs. You will work within a dynamic team dedicated to fostering long-term client relationships and driving customer success.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and developing partnerships with SMB clients, increasing user engagement, and facilitating product adoption to drive retention. You will proactively manage the renewal process to secure timely renewals and minimize churn. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth by presenting upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and develop strategies using Similarweb data to help clients achieve their business goals and KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles with a proven track record of meeting quotas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate with customers. Analytical skills to track customer metrics and derive actionable insights are also important. Experience in SaaS and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends are advantageous.
Similarweb offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work from home while benefiting from in-person collaboration. The base salary range for this position in Burlington, Massachusetts, is $60,000 to $84,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, potential equity, an employee stock purchase plan, and paid sick and parental leave. This position is also eligible for the company's sales incentive plan, with a maximum target on-target earnings of up to $120,000, depending on the final terms of employment and achievement of established targets.
