As a Customer Success Manager in the Mid-Market Legal segment at Everlaw, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to mid-market U.S. and Canadian law firms. Your role will involve leveraging workflow expertise to help clients realize the full value of Everlaw's solutions, guiding them through change management processes, and integrating our platform into their core business strategies. This position is based in our Oakland office with a hybrid work schedule: in-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Tuesday and Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for net dollar retention and consumption growth across your portfolio. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor to executive and key stakeholders, applying deep sub-segment and workflow expertise to influence eDiscovery and Generative AI strategies. Your duties will include confidently demonstrating Everlaw's solutions through sub-segment-specific use cases, guiding customers through the full customer journey, leading regular check-in calls and success reviews, and managing account health to identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn risks.

To be successful, you should have at least two years of experience in customer success with SMB, mid-market, or enterprise accounts, preferably in eDiscovery, legal tech, or software consulting within the legal industry. You should act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, bringing strong workflow expertise and change management experience to help customers apply Everlaw as a solution and successfully adopt new ways of working. A deep understanding of growth and adoption strategies, metrics- and outcomes-driven approach, and the ability to navigate customer organizational structures are essential.

While specific compensation details for this role are not provided, Everlaw offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, paid parental leave, and a flexible work-from-home policy. Employees also have access to an annual learning and development stipend and regular career check-ins with managers.

Everlaw is committed to promoting justice by illuminating the truth. The company culture is open and democratic, valuing passion, integrity, and a desire to learn. If you are looking for a place that values these qualities and offers opportunities for professional growth, Everlaw encourages you to apply.
