As a Customer Success Manager II in the Retail sector at Braze, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its retail clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Braze's customer engagement platform. This role is integral to the Customer Success team, which focuses on fostering strong client relationships and driving product adoption to support Braze's mission of enhancing consumer-brand interactions.

Your key responsibilities will include managing client renewals, retention, and net retention targets. You will act as the trusted advisor for your clients, collaborating with Account Executives to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure commercial alignment. Additionally, you will develop shared success plans, provide strategic guidance, and offer day-to-day support to help clients achieve their objectives using Braze's platform.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in areas such as onboarding, customer success, implementations, or project management. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to manage complex accounts involving multiple stakeholders. A high level of intellectual curiosity and excellent time management skills are also important. Familiarity with SaaS, mobile technologies, APIs, marketing automation, direct marketing, marketing analytics, or programming (e.g., HTML) is highly desirable.
