Customer Success Manager, Grants

Your day-to-day activities will include conducting regular check-ins with clients, addressing any issues or concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on client feedback. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the SaaS industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts effectively. Familiarity with grant management processes and software is highly desirable.
