The base salary range for this position in Burlington, Massachusetts, is $90,000 to $101,000, complemented by benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, potential equity, an employee stock purchase plan, and paid sick and parental leave. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the company's sales incentive plan, with a maximum target on-target earnings of up to $145,000, depending on the final terms of employment and achievement of established targets.
