The base salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $114,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, potential equity, an employee stock purchase plan, and paid sick and parental leave. The role is also eligible for the company's sales incentive plan, with a maximum target on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $163,000, depending on the final terms of employment and achievement of established targets.
