Customer Success Architect (Fluent in Japanese) (Position located in Tokyo, Japan)
The Customer Success Architect is a pivotal member of the Customer Success team at KnowBe4, a global leader in Human Risk Management. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan, and focuses on providing strategic technical guidance to enterprise and strategic customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from KnowBe4's platform. The position requires fluency in Japanese to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include serving as the technical expert and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. The architect will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to understand customer goals, develop tailored solution architectures, lead technical discovery sessions, assist with onboarding and implementation, provide hands-on technical support, and conduct regular technical reviews to optimize platform usage.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services roles, preferably within a SaaS environment. A strong technical background with expertise in relevant technologies such as APIs, cloud platforms, and security solutions is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Japanese is mandatory, and basic English reading and writing skills are desirable.
