Customer Service Admin (Hybrid) (Position located in São Paulo, Brazil)

The Customer Service Admin role at KnowBe4 involves supporting the Global Renewal Specialist team by managing administrative tasks related to generating, sending, and revising renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes for customers. This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and offers a hybrid work environment, combining both in-office and remote work options.

Key responsibilities include creating and updating renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes as needed, refreshing outstanding quote proration and expiration, reviewing discounts and payment terms offered at initial purchase or prior to renewal, ensuring accurate data entry and staging, submitting won opportunities for processing, assisting with custom quotes, training new team members, and monitoring personal team statistics daily.

Candidates should have an associate's degree or equivalent work experience, proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers like Chrome and Internet Explorer. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management and organization abilities, superior customer service skills, teamwork capabilities, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.
