Customer Learning Consultant
Gong is seeking a Customer Learning Consultant to join our Dublin office. This role is integral to our mission of transforming revenue teams through AI-powered insights. The consultant will collaborate closely with our largest global Enterprise accounts, developing and executing comprehensive learning strategies that support both initial rollouts and ongoing education initiatives.
In this position, the consultant will design and deliver interactive, multi-tier training programs tailored to each client's specific business objectives. Responsibilities include translating custom Statements of Work into robust training plans, conducting both virtual and in-person sessions, and serving as the primary point of contact for learning success. The role also involves gathering feedback to enhance educational materials and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with the latest product features and market needs.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience delivering consultative training within the SaaS industry, particularly in sales or revenue intelligence domains. Proven ability to manage multiple large Enterprise accounts simultaneously is essential. The role requires strong presentation skills, the capacity to influence senior stakeholders, and a growth mindset receptive to feedback. Willingness to travel up to 40% globally and adaptability to diverse cultural audiences are also necessary.
