Customer Experience Team Lead
The Customer Experience Team Lead at Slice will oversee a dedicated team responsible for managing inbound calls, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely order transmission to our restaurant partners. This role is pivotal in driving the team to exceed performance targets while delivering exceptional service to a diverse customer base. Key responsibilities include leading a team to handle customer interactions efficiently, utilizing internal systems to maintain order accuracy, and supporting restaurant partners in streamlining their operations. The Team Lead will also collaborate with peers and senior associates to ensure consistent execution across the team, particularly during peak periods, and will be accountable for meeting performance expectations related to quality assurance, productivity, and error rates.
Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success roles, with a proven track record of leadership. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in using ticketing systems, CRMs, and basic spreadsheets. The ability to remain calm and effective in a high-paced contact center environment, multitask, and handle competing priorities during peak periods is crucial.
This full-time, on-site position requires 40 hours per week, with each shift being 8 hours long during the evening or night (2nd and 3rd shifts), scheduled between 4 pm and 7 am.
