Customer Experience Representative
Slice is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic team dedicated to supporting local pizzerias. In this role, you will be instrumental in streamlining restaurant operations by managing customer interactions, allowing our partners to focus on delivering exceptional food. This position is based in Prishtina, Kosovo, and involves supporting our U.S. partners.
As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, processing orders, and utilizing internal systems to ensure accurate and timely order transmission to our restaurant partners. You will be expected to exceed performance targets while providing exceptional service to a diverse customer base. Additionally, you will document interactions accurately, escalate issues appropriately, and collaborate with team members to maintain consistent execution across the team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written English communication skills, proven experience working collaboratively in a team environment, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is essential, along with the ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 40 hours per week. Shifts are 8 hours long and take place during the evening or night (2nd and 3rd shifts), scheduled between 4 pm and 7 am.
