Account Management, Team Lead
The Account Management Team Lead at Slice will oversee a team of key account managers who are instrumental in leveraging the Slice platform to empower local pizzerias. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of both the team and the shop partners, ensuring that independent pizzerias receive the advantages typically reserved for major franchises. Key responsibilities include leading a team of Account Managers, managing a select portfolio of key accounts, and handling escalations, cancellations, and customer complaints. Additionally, this role involves cross-functional collaboration to apply the shop success checklist to all key accounts, gathering feedback, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Fostering a forward-focused, performance-driven culture within the Account Management team is also a critical aspect of this position.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a B2B or marketplace environment, with a preference for experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. A strong track record of individual performance, the ability to manage complex, high-value accounts with a focus on retention and growth, and proficiency in handling customer complaints and escalations are essential. The role requires strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies, as well as proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Excel. Fluency in multiple languages is considered a strong plus.
