Slice is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling inbound calls, processing orders, and utilizing internal systems to ensure accurate and timely order transmission to our restaurant partners. The position is based on-site and requires working every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during evening or night shifts, scheduled between 4 pm and 4 am.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to a diverse range of customers. Your primary duties include managing phone orders, resolving common support issues, and documenting all interactions accurately in Slice's systems. The goal is to consistently deliver a fast, reliable, and high-quality customer experience while supporting our restaurant partners' operations through accuracy, speed, and strong operational discipline.

The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written English communication skills, proven experience working collaboratively in a team environment, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is essential, along with the ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations.
