Customer Experience Representative -Part time
Slice is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Representative to join our team dedicated to supporting local pizzerias. As a company, we empower independent pizzerias with technology and services to enhance their operations and customer reach. In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound phone interactions, process orders, and resolve common support issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include accurately documenting interactions in our systems, ensuring timely order transmission, and delivering a fast, reliable, and high-quality customer experience. You will work closely with team leads and peers to maintain consistent execution across the team.
We are looking for candidates with excellent English verbal and written communication skills, at a minimum B2 level. A minimum of one year of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role is required. Strong attention to detail, proficiency with ticketing systems and basic spreadsheets, and the ability to stay calm and effective in a high-paced contact center environment are essential.
This part-time position requires on-site work every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with each shift being 8 hours long during the evening or night (2nd and 3rd shifts).
