Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager at Slice, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our network of independent pizzerias. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of implementing successful customer experience initiatives are essential. Familiarity with the food service industry and proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software are highly desirable.
