As a Crimmigration Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing post-conviction relief cases, such as motions to vacate, expungements, motions to reduce, and early termination of probation. Your duties will include advising clients on their legal rights, drafting legal documents, attending motion hearings, and collaborating with the firm's Post-Conviction Relief Team. Additionally, you will handle open criminal cases, including arraignments, pre-trials, pleas, and sentencing, and provide legal analysis to clients regarding potential case benefits.

Ideal candidates should have experience in criminal defense or immigration law, with a strong background in handling criminal cases at the state and local levels. A team-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload are essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
