Criminal Law Clerk

As a Criminal Law Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining communication with clients to provide timely case updates, managing attorney schedules for meetings and court appearances, and processing criminal cases for trial preparation. This involves drafting legal documents, entering data, and handling correspondence. Additionally, you will prepare subpoenas, manage court calendars, and coordinate with law enforcement and other stakeholders involved in criminal cases.

To be considered for this position, candidates should have at least one year of experience in criminal defense, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have prior experience as a paralegal or in another legal field. Proficiency with case management software is also required.
