Criminal Defense Attorney
The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, A.P.C. is seeking a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney to join their esteemed team in Fresno, California. As a Criminal Defense Attorney, you will report directly to the Managing Criminal Defense Attorney and collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys and legal assistants.
In this position, you will be responsible for advising clients on their legal rights, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in pretrial hearings and court appearances. Your duties will include drafting motions, interviewing witnesses, conducting legal research, and analyzing case outcomes based on legal precedents. Additionally, you will manage a caseload, provide strategic legal analysis to clients, gather evidence to support cases, and prepare clients for depositions.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in criminal defense, handling complex cases at federal, state, and local levels. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional client service are essential. While bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, it is not a requirement.
The United Firm offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.
