Creative Project Manager
The Creative Project Manager at ALO is responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing and creative initiatives across both retail and digital channels. This role ensures that projects progress efficiently from initiation to final delivery, aligning with business priorities and deadlines. Embedded within the Creative Services team, the position collaborates closely with departments such as Marketing, Digital/Growth, Product, Design, Merchandising, and Retail to drive strategic prioritization and hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and evolving seasonal and brand campaign timelines across various touchpoints, managing project intake and tracking within Asana, and optimizing the Creative team's bandwidth by proactively prioritizing work. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scopes, leading project kickoffs to ensure clear briefs and aligned expectations, and communicating deadlines and status updates to keep projects on track. Additionally, the Creative Project Manager anticipates risks, navigates shifting priorities, and implements scalable process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in comprehensive creative project management and content production workflows across digital, print, video, and retail platforms. Proficiency in Asana or comparable project management tools is essential, along with a proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams while maintaining strong attention to detail. The role requires demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional stakeholders, strong judgment in prioritization and risk mitigation, and excellent organizational and communication skills. A passion for wellness, fitness, and producing high-quality health and lifestyle content is also desired.
The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 per year, with actual salaries varying based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
