The Creative Lead, X will oversee the company's presence on the X (formerly Twitter) platform, collaborating with video, editorial, and talent teams to enhance brand engagement and real-time interaction.
In this role, the Creative Lead, X will manage the publishing calendar, creating and scheduling daily posts aligned with video premieres, product launches, and announcements. They will review video content to select clips suitable for the platform, brief editors on necessary edits, and adapt content for Threads, ensuring it resonates with its distinct audience. The position involves real-time engagement, including community interaction and timely participation in trending topics. Additionally, the Creative Lead, X will collaborate with on-camera talent, brand, and communications teams to maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across platforms.
Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of experience managing social media, with at least 2 years as the primary owner of a large X account (1 million+ followers). Experience in real-time content creation for sports leagues, major media brands, gaming organizations, or top creators is preferred. Exceptional short-form copywriting skills, the ability to produce and edit short-form video content, and a deep understanding of platform analytics are essential. Candidates should also be adept at collaborating with various stakeholders and making data-driven decisions.
