Corporate Securities Attorney
Axiom is seeking a Corporate Securities Attorney to join their team, working onsite with a publicly traded company in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves providing legal counsel on corporate governance and securities matters within a dynamic corporate environment.
The attorney will advise the Board of Directors and executive leadership on corporate governance issues, including fiduciary duties and board processes. Responsibilities include drafting and maintaining corporate governance documents such as bylaws and policies, supporting public company compliance obligations like SEC filings and proxy statements, and overseeing entity management and subsidiary governance to ensure legal compliance.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in corporate governance, securities, or public company representation, with strong knowledge of corporate law, SEC regulations, and board governance practices. An active law license in good standing in a U.S. state is required.
Compensation for this full-time role ranges from $104,500 to $325,000 annually, based on factors such as experience and location.
