Corporate/M&A Associate

Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Corporate/M&A Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with a leading Corporate/M&A partner, focusing on complex corporate transactions, including joint ventures. Our firm specializes in providing comprehensive legal services to founders, senior executives, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, emphasizing both the economic and legal aspects of our clients' matters.

As a Corporate/M&A Associate, you will be actively involved in deal-making across various industries. Responsibilities include representing buyers and sellers in middle-market transactions valued between $50 million and $1 billion, advising founders and significant investors in transactions exceeding $1 billion, and assisting investment managers and wealth management platforms with spinouts and rollups. Additionally, you will engage in practice areas such as Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and Fintech, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, and Tax.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures law at an AM Law 100 firm, with a strong background in various transaction structures, including joint ventures. A commercially minded, creative, and practical approach to deal-making is essential.
