Eurofins is seeking a Corporate Law Specialist to join its National Service Center (NSC) in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting the legal team within a leading international life sciences company that provides a wide range of analytical testing services across various industries. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's mission of ensuring product safety and authenticity.

The Corporate Law Specialist will be responsible for preparing and processing corporate documents such as Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and annual reports. Key duties include reviewing draft agreements, filing forms with government agencies, maintaining the US legal organizational chart, and managing the company's corporate database. The role also involves providing executive administrative support, handling confidential correspondence, and assisting with mergers and acquisitions.

Candidates should possess an Associate Degree, with a Paralegal degree preferred, and have a minimum of two years of related paralegal experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong computer and organizational skills, experience with SharePoint, and excellent communication abilities are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a positive attitude.

The role is based in Lancaster, PA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and may require overtime as needed.
