The Corporate IT Intern will support the IT Service Desk team in providing technical assistance for Windows and Mac hardware, software troubleshooting, and user support. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT support environment while developing core technical and customer service skills.
This role requires an individual with problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and an understanding of Microsoft, Jira, and other products.
