Contract Reviewer - Legal
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Contract Reviewer to join their Global Risk Management team. This role involves supporting the operational business in contracting with stakeholders and advising on associated risks. The position is integral to ensuring compliance and mitigating potential legal issues within the company's real estate department.
The Contract Reviewer will be responsible for undertaking contract reviews, liaising with professional indemnity and general insurance brokers to confirm coverage, and responding to related queries. Additionally, the role includes providing ad hoc contract advice to operational teams, assisting in resolving contractual matters with clients and their legal teams, and supporting operational teams through the risk management process to expedite contract completion. The individual will also contribute to improving risk management tools, systems, and processes, and work to enhance risk management awareness, compliance, and capability within the organization.
Candidates should possess a law degree or equivalent legal qualification/experience, along with previous experience in reviewing and re-drafting contracts. Strong administrative skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any other local language will be considered favorable.
