Contract Reviewer - Legal

This role is integral to supporting operational teams in establishing contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and advising on associated risks. The position is open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.
As a Contract Reviewer, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts such as Professional Services Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Statements of Work. You will support business teams across Europe in contract negotiations, conduct comprehensive contract reviews, and provide expert advice to senior management on potential risks and legal implications. Additionally, you will manage and monitor various types of contracts throughout their lifecycle, collaborate closely with clients and their legal departments to facilitate smooth contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a completed law degree (LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification/experience, with proven experience in legal/contract work such as contract review, redlining, and negotiation, preferably in the construction sector or professional services consulting. Fluency in English, French, or Dutch is required, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex legal documents. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, thorough knowledge of contract law and industry best practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment are essential.
