Contract Manager

The company is currently seeking a Contract Manager to join its team, focusing on managing the entire lifecycle of contractual agreements for clients in the technology and life sciences sectors.

In this role, the Contract Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, including NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, IT agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, affiliate agreements, and marketing agreements. The position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and effectively managing a queue of contracts to meet organizational goals.

Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience in contract management within the technology industry, demonstrating proficiency in reviewing and managing agreements. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as the role requires working closely with internal teams and negotiating with vendors while maintaining contractual compliance.
