Junior Employment Investigations Attorney
Axiom Talent Platform is seeking a Junior Employment Investigations Attorney to join their team remotely. This role involves providing legal advice and support to clients across various industries, focusing on workplace investigations and employee relations. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with leading clients on sensitive employment matters, ensuring compliance and fostering respectful workplace cultures.
Key responsibilities include conducting and managing workplace investigations involving employee relations concerns, allegations of misconduct, fraud, workplace violence, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment-related matters. The attorney will independently lead investigations from intake through resolution, including witness interviews, evidence review, fact-finding, and report preparation. Additionally, the role involves providing legal guidance on employment law, workplace compliance, and employee relations matters, collaborating with client stakeholders, Human Resources teams, compliance professionals, and business leaders to address workplace concerns and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Candidates should have a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent and be licensed to practice law in the United States. Experience in conducting workplace investigations, handling sensitive employment matters, and providing legal guidance on employment law and workplace compliance is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.
Compensation for this role is competitive, with total annual compensation ranging from $104,500 to $325,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
