Key responsibilities include fully owning the content strategy for assigned client accounts, developing content outlines using AI tools and SEO insights, and ensuring alignment with client strategy, brand voice, and keyword priorities. The associate will conduct basic keyword research, gather reference materials for vendor use, review vendor drafts for grammar and strategic alignment, and provide clear, actionable feedback. Additionally, the role involves collecting and organizing performance data from analytics tools for team review, documenting project details, maintaining status updates, and ensuring timely submission of deliverables.

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or client-facing marketing roles, with agency experience preferred. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. Essential skills include a foundational understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and digital channels, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously. Experience working with content vendors or freelance writers and comfort using or learning AI tools for content generation and analysis are also important.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
