The Competitive Intelligence Analyst at KnowBe4 is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating critical competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making. This role supports the global Revenue and Channel teams by providing actionable intelligence, enablement content, and strategic deal support. The position is remote and open to candidates within the United States.

Key responsibilities include conducting continuous competitive research using various tools and field intelligence, developing and maintaining comprehensive competitive intelligence resources such as battle cards and competitor profiles, and leading win-loss analysis projects to identify patterns and improve win rates. The analyst will also perform competitive mystery shopping to gain firsthand insights into competitor sales tactics and customer experiences.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or strategic analysis within the cybersecurity industry is required. Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, are essential. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies is strongly preferred.

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
