Company Planner

The Company Planner at ALO plays a critical role in the planning and forecasting of inventory across various channels. This position is part of the Planning team, responsible for developing inventory strategies to support ALO’s ongoing growth in the activewear and lifestyle segment. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, along with several years of experience in retail planning or inventory management—preferably in apparel or a similar industry. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and planning systems, and the ability to interpret data into actionable strategies are essential. Attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment are also required.
