Communications Coordinator (Coordinator band)

The Communications Coordinator will support the Brand, Communications, and Public Affairs team in Italy at Clifford Chance, one of the world's largest international law firms with over 30 offices globally. This role involves assisting in the execution of the firm's global communications strategy within the region, working closely with the Head of Business Development, General Manager, and other team members to enhance the firm's brand presence and thought leadership.

Key responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, intranet articles, and other internal and external communications materials utilizing the firm's AI tools. The role also involves managing and coordinating press work with local legal and national press, organizing client initiatives and events, and overseeing marketing initiatives such as strategic partnerships and sponsorships aligned with the firm's core sectors and products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in internal and external communications, preferably within the legal or professional services sector, as well as experience in event and marketing management. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English are essential, with knowledge of Spanish considered a plus. Familiarity with digital communications tools and platforms, including AI, is also required.
