Communications Analyst

The Communications Analyst at Wildlife Studios will play a pivotal role within the Brand & Communications team, focusing on both internal and external communication strategies. This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's global brand presence and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of Wildlife's corporate communication strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and contributing to messaging and positioning. The role involves developing and improving internal communication initiatives to keep the global team aligned and informed, partnering with leadership and the People team to communicate key updates effectively. Additionally, the analyst will support PR initiatives and external visibility efforts, help develop institutional materials and key messaging, manage and update the company website in WordPress, create and edit content for internal channels, website, and social media, edit short-form videos when needed, and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows. The role also includes supporting internal and external corporate events and assisting the Communications team on company-wide initiatives and announcements.

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, branding, journalism, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, is essential for the global environment. Experience with WordPress is required, along with comfort using collaboration tools such as Zoom and Google Meet. Basic video editing skills for social media and familiarity with AI tools to support content creation are also necessary. Strong storytelling abilities, the capacity to make complex information clear and engaging, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Comfort interacting with different stakeholders and levels of leadership is also important.
