Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Axiom is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its team in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. This role involves collaborating directly with Fortune 100 clients on complex real estate matters, offering a unique opportunity to engage with high-profile projects in a dynamic legal environment.

The attorney will be responsible for advising corporate clients on commercial real estate issues, drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents, and supporting internal client teams. Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders is also a key aspect of this position.

Candidates should have over five years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house setting, with expertise in real estate finance, leasing, acquisitions, and sales. Experience in industries such as retail, restaurant/hospitality, industrial, and energy is ideal. An active bar license in good standing in the state of residence is required.

The estimated total compensation for this full-time role ranges from $1,045,000 to $3,250,000 per year, based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
