As a Commercial Account Executive at Gong, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and fostering strong relationships within the DACH region. This position is based in Dublin, Ireland, and offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office and two days working from home.

In this role, you will manage prospects from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include articulating and demonstrating Gong's value proposition to create enthusiasm among prospects, cultivating lasting relationships with customers, implementing pilot programs, and maintaining weekly sales forecasts to achieve quarterly quotas.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant closing experience, complemented by outbound SDR/BDR experience. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is essential. Previous experience in SaaS and enterprise software sales, particularly with platform solutions, is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment are also important.
