Client Success Senior Manager (ENT)

Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end launch process for French corporate clients, building strong relationships with HR Directors and works councils, and driving the commercial agenda for the portfolio by renewing, expanding, and renegotiating contracts. The role also involves analyzing local user data to develop tailored communication strategies, collaborating with global teams to adapt tools and engagement strategies to the French landscape, and providing regional insights to inform product and leadership decisions.
Candidates should have 5-8+ years of experience in Client Success, Key Account Management, or HR Consulting, with a proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise relationships. Fluency in French (native level) and English is required. The ideal candidate is proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead high-level negotiations.
