As a Client Success Manager at Atlas HXM, you will be an integral part of the Client Services team, responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of a portfolio primarily comprised of our core and emerging clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals, implement solutions, and provide guidance to ensure they achieve their business objectives. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and delivering excellent client service to foster strong relationships and drive client retention and growth.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and executing client success strategies focused on satisfaction, retention, and long-term value. You will proactively manage client relationships to ensure they receive maximum value from our solutions, identify opportunities for workforce expansion or upselling additional services, and lead efforts to reduce churn by mitigating risks early through proactive relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing client interactions effectively. A basic to intermediate understanding of workforce management, HR tech, and related industries is preferred, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and drive success.
