Atlas HXM is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Law – Partnerships to join its Legal & Compliance team. This leadership role focuses on structuring and negotiating complex, high-value commercial agreements that support the company's Employer of Record (EOR) services across over 160 countries. The position involves close collaboration with teams in Sales, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance to drive business growth while ensuring global compliance.

The Senior Counsel will lead negotiations for partner agreements, including EOR service agreements, reseller and white-label arrangements, and global enterprise deals. Responsibilities include drafting and refining various commercial documents, assessing legal and regulatory risks, and providing actionable guidance to business leaders. The role also involves designing deal structures that balance growth ambitions with risk mitigation and contributing to the evolution of Atlas HXM's partnership model.

Candidates should possess a J.D. from an accredited law school (or international equivalent) and active admission in at least one U.S. state bar. A minimum of 8 years of legal experience is required, with at least 4 years in-house at a global organization, preferably in EOR, HR technology, SaaS, PEO, or professional services. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to provide clear, actionable business advice.
