Client Success Account Executive II
The Client Success Account Executive II at Wellhub is responsible for managing relationships with large accounts throughout the client lifecycle. This role involves leading client meetings both virtually and in person, ensuring a trusting and valuable relationship with HR contacts by sharing Wellhub's mission to improve employee health, engagement, and happiness. The position is based in Cologne, Germany, with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities include understanding clients' objectives and delivering solutions by developing client-specific growth strategies. The role involves driving initial client launches as well as ongoing strategic relaunch and awareness events, partnering with the Wellhub Wellbeing Engagement Team for end-to-end implementation. Additionally, the executive will present and implement best practice workflows, review member growth rates, suggest growth strategies, and provide relevant updates to clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships in a client-facing position. They should be dynamic, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adept at solving problems creatively and efficiently. Excellent communication skills are essential, with superior customer service to both internal and external clients. The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple clients and projects concurrently, and proficient in monitoring data, analyzing reports, and leveraging results. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Portuguese being a plus.
