Client Sales Executive (Wellz)
The Client Sales Executive (Wellz) role at Wellhub is a pivotal position within the Client Sales team, focusing on expanding the Wellz platform in the Italian market. Wellz is Wellhub's corporate mental health solution, offering comprehensive support through therapy, coaching, digital content, and real-time assistance, complemented by data-driven insights for HR leaders. Key responsibilities include driving the growth of Wellz in Italy by building and nurturing relationships with HR, People, and Benefits leaders, positioning Wellz as a trusted strategic partner. The Client Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, supported by marketing initiatives and global best practices. Additionally, the role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline, delivering tailored sales presentations and proposals, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate possesses over three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or selling to HR, People, or Benefits teams. A proactive and curious approach is essential, with a preference for initiating new conversations and creating opportunities. Comfort with managing full sales cycles and employing a consultative selling approach is crucial. The candidate should be motivated by the impact of contributing to the growth of a new solution in the market and thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments. Strong collaboration skills, a sense of ownership, and fluency in both Italian and English are required.
