The Civil Litigation Paralegal will oversee the end-to-end management of civil litigation cases, ensuring all elements from filing to closure are handled efficiently. Responsibilities include drafting and preparing discovery documents, pleadings, motions, deposition notices, and subpoenas with precision. The role also involves managing court-related deadlines, utilizing legal software such as Clio and EVE AI tools to enhance drafting and workflow, and preparing medical summaries and organizing supporting documentation for case development.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal, with a strong focus on discovery and document preparation. Preferred experience includes familiarity with California state courts and federal courts. Technological proficiency with AI tools and legal software is essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
