In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized commercial partners, ensuring their engagement and success. Key responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners to expand market reach, driving revenue growth through effective channel strategies, and supporting partners with training and commercial strategies to enhance their sales effectiveness. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze partner performance, implement improvements to maximize results, and act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working with channel sales and indirect sales models, preferably in the brokers, corporate benefits, or SaaS sectors. A solid understanding of the sales process and the channel partners ecosystem is essential, along with a passion for sales and business development. Intermediate English proficiency and excellent interpersonal communication skills are required to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders. A strategic mindset, proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are also important.
