Channel Development Manager - German Speaking

Canva is seeking a proactive and results-driven Channel Development Manager to join our Partnerships team within the Sales & Success Supergroup. This role focuses on expanding Canva’s reach through strategic reseller relationships, particularly within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of resellers, prospecting and onboarding new partners, and implementing comprehensive partner enablement strategies. The role also involves delivering training programs, developing co-branded campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Additionally, the Channel Development Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the reseller network.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in channel management, partnership development, or business development, with a focus on large resellers or channel sales. A proven track record of managing successful reseller programs, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce are essential. Fluency in German and English is required, with additional European languages considered advantageous.
