As a Channel Account Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for managing and developing a diverse portfolio of partners to drive increased deal registrations and acquire new customers. This role is integral to ensuring partners have a positive experience with KnowBe4, a global leader in Human Risk Management, trusted by over 70,000 organizations worldwide. The position is based in Melbourne, Australia, within a team that values transparency, ownership, and continuous professional development.

Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts, conducting initial onboarding and discovery sessions, and developing joint marketing plans with premier and certified partners. You will also be expected to perform product demonstrations, guide partner sales and marketing teams on sales approaches, and ensure partners utilize tools and content in the Partner Portal to increase lead generation. Maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecasting, meeting assigned sales targets, and ensuring partner compliance with agreements are also key aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree being a plus. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT security field is advantageous, as is experience with channel sales. Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, and Salesforce is preferred. Strong time management and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a demonstrated sales aptitude working with channel partners are essential. The ability to thrive in a high-volume sales environment and quickly understand the needs and pain points of channel partners is also important.
