As a Case Manager at Morgan & Morgan, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys by managing a diverse caseload and ensuring seamless case progression. Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals across the nation.

Your primary responsibilities will include daily interactions with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person communications. You will be tasked with ordering medical records from providers, obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions, and interacting with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances. Additionally, you will negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager. At least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred. Strong negotiating skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are also required.
