Xometry is seeking a Senior Case Manager to join its growing team in Denver, Colorado. This role is pivotal in resolving complex customer and partner issues, ensuring that Xometry's digital marketplace operates seamlessly. The Senior Case Manager will collaborate with various internal teams to uphold the company's commitment to world-class service.

The primary responsibilities include managing and resolving high-priority cases involving customers, manufacturing partners, and logistics. The role entails overseeing supplier orders, ensuring on-time shipments, assisting suppliers with manufacturing challenges, and managing the fulfillment of complex orders. Additionally, the Senior Case Manager will serve as the escalation point for frontline support teams and coordinate across departments to investigate and resolve issues.

Candidates should possess over five years of experience in customer support, case management, supply chain operations, or related fields, preferably within tech, manufacturing, or logistics environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential. Experience as a Quality Engineer (QE) or Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), project management experience, and supplier management are also required. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk, as well as ERP tools and logistics platforms, is advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $99,000 annually, plus an annual bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
