Case Manager III
Xometry is seeking a Case Manager III to join its team in North Bethesda, MD. This role is integral to resolving complex customer and partner issues, ensuring seamless operations within the company's digital manufacturing marketplace. The Case Manager III will collaborate across various departments to uphold Xometry's commitment to exceptional service.
The primary responsibilities include managing and resolving high-priority cases involving customers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams. This entails overseeing supplier orders, ensuring on-time shipments, assisting suppliers with manufacturing challenges, and managing the fulfillment of complex orders. Additionally, the role involves serving as the escalation point for frontline support teams, coordinating across departments to investigate and resolve issues, and proactively identifying trends to propose scalable solutions.
Candidates should possess over five years of experience in customer support, case management, supply chain operations, or related fields, preferably within tech, manufacturing, or logistics environments. Essential skills include strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. Experience as a Quality Engineer (QE) or Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), project management expertise, and supplier management are highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk, as well as ERP tools and logistics platforms, is advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $99,000 annually, complemented by an annual bonus.
