Xometry is seeking a Case Manager III to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in resolving complex customer and partner issues, ensuring that our manufacturing partners and clients receive exceptional service. As a key member of our operations team, you will collaborate across departments to uphold Xometry's commitment to world-class support.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and resolving high-priority cases involving customers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams. This entails overseeing supplier orders, ensuring on-time shipments, assisting suppliers with manufacturing challenges, and managing the fulfillment of complex orders. You will also serve as the escalation point for frontline support teams, coordinate across departments to investigate and resolve issues, and proactively identify trends to propose scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in customer support, case management, supply chain operations, or a related field, preferably within a tech, manufacturing, or logistics environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential. Experience as a Quality Engineer (QE) or Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), project management experience, and supplier management are highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk, as well as ERP tools and logistics platforms, is advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually, plus an annual bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
